How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Some customers have their windows cleaned quarterly. Others are only once a year. Each customer and property has unique needs. So after your initial cleaning, we can discuss a service schedule customized to fit your needs. However, we only clean inside windows for our Priority Customers. Ask how to become one!
Does the weather matter?
Unless it’s icy, there really is no bad time to clean windows. Even if there’s rain or snow, we have a 7-day Rain Guarantee, so you don’t have to lose your place in our schedule.
Do I have to be on-site when you arrive?
The short answer is no.
As long as we can coordinate entry and obtain instructions on how to access the property.
What can I expect to pay?
Ask about our 20 window special! That’s 20 windows inside and out + screen and track wipe for $249.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. But we do have to add a 3% processing fee.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! We guarantee our full roof cleanings for 3 years. And for window cleaning, we have a 7-day Rain Guarantee. That means that if it rains on the day of your window cleaning, or within seven days after your service and your windows get spotted up, we will come back and fix those windows.
You will also appreciate our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that our work is not done until you’re 100% satisfied. After 24 hours, if you notice that we missed something, just let us know. We will come back and fix it… “on the house!”
